Terms & Conditions

If you have any problems or are not satisfied with your order, please email us on info@brewphilosophy.co.uk.  If items are returned to us they must be in their original packaging along with a reason why they have been returned in writing.

All pictures and descriptions on our web-site are as accurate as possible, but if you feel your order does not comply, please contact us as above.

If you decide to cancel an order, you may cancel it before it has been dispatched. If it has been dispatched, you will not be entitled to a refund.

Deliveries are made Monday-Friday 8am-6pm by Royal Mail. If no one is at home a card will be left and the package will be delivered again the next working day.

All orders are subject to availability. If we cannot suffice your order on time we will contact you immediately.

From time to time we have the right to change our Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
