Cha Cha Sangria
1 ltr of boiling water
200g of sliced fruit (use combinations of peach, apples, lemons, oranges and strawberries)
4 Brew English Breakfast tea bgs
2 tablespoons of sugar
500ml of grape juice
Brew the tea in a teapot for around five minutes. Pour the tea into a larger jug and allow to cool. once cooled add the grape juice and sliced fruit. Stir in the sugar and then serve in a tall glass over ice... lovely stuff.
Green Tea, Peach & Strawberry Smoothie
1 banana
100g chopped peach
100g strawberries
2 Brew Gunpowder teabags
Ice
1 or 2 tablespoons of honey
Brew up 400ml of green tea and chill using six ice cubes. Using a blender mix the fruit, tea and honey until smooth... spot on. Really healthy for you too…
Tea Latte (Makes 6 Cups)
6 Brew Russian Caravan Tea Bags
1 ltr water
dash of almond syrup
wholemilk
ground nutmeg
Prepare a strong tea with 6 Brew Russian Caravan Tea Bags in 1ltr boiling water. Allow to brew for 5mins. Pour 5 oz. of hot tea into each tea cup, add almond syrup and stir. Steam whole milk and top tea with one tablespoon steamed milk. Garnish with ground nutmeg or chocolate.
Green Tea Mojito
To make 1ltr, you will need...
2 Gunpowder tea bags
3 Peppermint tea bags
4 fresh limes (quatered)
4 tsp demerera sugar
200ml Soda Water
800ml boiling water
To make a green tea mojito you first need to brew your tea! Put the peppermint bags into 400ml of boiling water, and the gunpowder bags into another 400ml of water, and allow to brew for 10mins.
Next, remove the tea bags and squeeze your limes into the gunpowder tea, and put the remaining lime quarters in too. Allow both teas to cool. Once cooled, put both teas into a jug (including the lime pieces), add the sugar, and stir well. Top up the jug with the soda water, and leave the mixture in the fridge to infuse for at least 30mins.
Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint.
Tea Lolly Pops
100g of soft fruit (eg strawberries, peaches, or lychees fo example)
4 tablespoons of sugar
2 mugs of any Brew of your choice (We'd go with peppermint!)
This is so easy to make its untrue. All you do is throw all the ingredients into a blender, blend until in a smooth puree. pour into lolly-pop moulds and put in the freezer for a couple of house… a whole new meaning to ‘iced tea’
